  1. Go to your assigned conference room at least 15 min. before your panel begins.  Try to familiarize yourself with the technology in the room and assist presenters in setting up.
  1. Before the panel starts, remind the panelists that their presentations should not exceed 15 minutes. During the panel presentations, make a signal once a panelist only has 3 minutes left. Cut off any presenter once he or she reaches 15 minutes.
  1. Briefly introduce the panel to the audience, and give no more than a one minute introduction of each speaker before they present.
  1. After the panelists have spoken, make a brief statement (no more than 3 minutes) indicating parallels you discovered between the different presentations, thereby giving the audience possible directions for the question and answer session.  Then open the floor for questions, both from the audience and from the panelists themselves. End the panel by the time indicated on the schedule. Do not run over your allotted time.
  1. Check the Announcement Board regularly for schedule changes. You are welcome to post there any announcement you have for fellow conference participants.
